The 2020 Middle East Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® offers participants a unique opportunity to learn best practices for gender diversity and inclusion, success and leadership from some of the greatest leaders in business today. This edition focuses on some of the key challenges facing women leaders in the Middle East – working in a male dominated culture, cultivating support networks of women leaders that enable their success, succeeding in STEM roles, finding the right mentors and role models and learning from diversity best practices across industries. The 2020 Middle East Edition, taking place in Dubai has been rescheduled to October 1, 2020 and brings together a unique mix of international companies and  focuses heavily on enabling women leaders with the future skills, best practices, tools and technologies to succeed in the Middle East. Focus of this Edition is on inspiring more women leaders to plan their way to the top to bring far greater representation of women in the highest levels of leadership. 


This conference is designed for Senior Managers, Directors, and VPs across functions from across the Middle East.
