The 2023 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit for women was held LIVE in Singapore  at The St Regis Singapore on Nov 16, 2023 with several key CEOs and C-Suite executives from the world’s most sucessful companies leading. This was the ninth annual world edition of the summit to be held in Singapore and  brought together in-person the world’s best leaders  (across functions and levels) from the most successful organizations to share best practices for leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion (especially gender equality) and success in a VUCA world and accelerate the positive business impact of women in leadership. This years edition featured a sharp focus on the forces impacting the future – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion,   ESG,  Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Wellness and geopolitics and how these game changers impact women in leadership. House of Rose Professional’s Male Champions for gender equality played a significant role at this edition of the summit as did the 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky list of Asia’s Most Inspirational women in leadership.

 

The summit supports House of Rose Professional’s overall MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD – the 10-year action plan which kicked off in mid- 2020 to quintuple the number of Female CEOs in the world’s 500 largest Companies by end 2029 (using 2020 as base year) from 14 to 70, and double the number of Male CEO Champions for gender diversity & inclusion  actively investing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
