Relindis Mbu
Relindis Mbu is a business and information technology consultant, leadership expert, and motivational speaker. She is currently the Founder and Executive Director of the Vijona Africa Project, a non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on capacity building for young Africans. She is passionate about leveraging her unique contextual understanding of Africa, professional background in the US and global worldview to help engineer solutions and sustainable pathways to success for young Africans.
She is Cameroonian by birth, American by nationality and an outdoors enthusiast who runs full and half marathons and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
Education
Relindis Mbu attended the prestigious Goldey-Beacom College, Wilmington, DE, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. Furthermore, in 2010, she also completed her certification in PMI PMP and she is also Six Sigma – Yellow Belt certified and Green Belt trained at UnitedHealth Group.

The primary mission of the project is to help young Africans discover who they are, and what they can do, and create incubator pathways for them to optimize their potential and build solutions for their communities. The goal is to teach them to fish, and not hand them fish. She facilitates and speaks at programs in the US, Ghana, Cameroon, and Nigeria since 2018 via IGNITE Experience Workshops.
