Marcia Bole

Marcia D. Bole is the Head of R&D Operations for the North America Hygiene Home Business Unit at RB, the global leading consumer health and hygiene company. Marcia oversees R&D pipeline and strategy, for a diverse portfolio of brands which include Lysol, Air Wick, Resolve and Finish.

Marcia is a member of both the Healthcare Businesswomen Association (HBA) and of the Association for Women in Science (AWIS). She actively supports the promotion of female talent in the corporate world, especially in the field of science. In 2015, she was part of the RB Committee that developed and introduced RB’s global internal program, DARE, for the Development, Attraction, Retention and Engagement of female talent in the organization. Marcia is an active member of the NA DARE Steering Committee and constituted in 2019 the Women in Science Steering Committee at RB’s Global R&D center in NJ.

Marcia holds an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing, and two Post-MBAs in International Business and Innovation & Strategy. She started her career as a Pharmacist-Biochemist in Quality Assurance before moving to R&D, where she has had vast experiences in Health Care, Personal Care and Household at leading companies such as P&G, J&J and RB.
