Kaushik is currently the CFO for India BU. He has been associated with PepsiCo since April 2002 and has worked in various leadership roles across geographies like UAE, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
Prior to PepsiCo Kaushik has worked across Finance Roles in companies such as RPG Group, Tata group, GE Medical systems and Reckitt Benckiser.
Kaushik is an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Kolkata and a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Kaushik is an active contributor to the industry and has been authoring articles in IMA CFO Connect magazine. Besides that, he is a regular speaker at Economist events in Singapore and IMA events in India.
He has authored a fiction novel “Crossing over”, a book that captures the aspirations, emotions & passions of a post-liberalization middle-class India. Kaushik is a sports enthusiast and has a passion for music, reading and writing.
