The 2026 Break the ceiling touch the sky® list of Europe + UK’s  Most Inspirational Women in Leadership is  created in support of  House of Rose Professional’s  Mission 2029 for a Better World –   which aims to shape a better world via better diversity & inclusion, better leadership and better business. Research shows that Companies led by gender-balanced teams deliver better business and profit, better innovation and social impact.

•Better business: Companies with 30% women executives bring in as much as 6 percentage points more in profits. (Peterson Institute for International Economics)
• Better leadership: When considering a potential employer, 61% of women look at the diversity of the employers leadership team, 67% at whether it has positive role models similar to them, and 56% at whether the organization publicly shares its progress on diversity (PwC)
• Better Corporate Governance: Gender diversity on boards is connected with better corporate governance and board oversight and less unethical behavior (S&P data)
• Better Safety: An analysis by the US Non-Profit Inclusive Security of 182 Peace agreements between 1989 and 2011 found that an agreement is 35 per cent more likely to last at least 15 years if women are included as negotiators, mediators and signatories.

 

The 2026 Break the ceiling touch the sky® list of Europe + the UK’s  Most Inspirational Women in Leadership focused on the Corporate world  and  is  curated by House of Rose Professional from its review of female executives in current executive leadership  roles in over 600 Companies operating across Europe and the UK.  The list does not aim to be a comprehensive listing of all of the inspirational women in leadership in this region but is simply representative of the many talented women leaders living and working in Europe and the UK  and  serves as a catalyst for other women leaders to dream big. A spot on the list cannot be paid for. Over 250 nominees currently have been nominated onto this list and will be informed by Joe Rose, Stakeholder and Editorial Advisor, House of Rose Professional (HORP) or Anthony Rose, Chairman and CEO, House of Rose Professional) by May 20, 2026. The final list will be published on  Nov 6, 2026 2026 ahead of the Nov 18,  2026 Virtual Europe + UK Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit.   

 

Five factors are used in the final determination of Europe + the UK’s Most Inspirational Women in leadership.  Career achievements; scale of influence; active and visible advocacy for high performance leadership and gender equality; active support of other women in leadership within and outside of their own organizations/ Companies; and sharing of their best practices for success across broader industry at Break the ceiling touch the sky®.    

 

The 2026  Break the ceiling touch the sky® list of  Europe + UK’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership will be celebrated at the  2026 Europe + UK (Virtual) Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit, being held virtually on Nov 18, 2026. Registration for the summit is open at the link below.  We encourage all of the Inspirational women to support other women leaders and male allies to success by  signing up their teams to partipate at the virtual summit.
