RECAP OF BREAK THE CEILING TOUCH THE SKY | India Edition 2018 | Mumbai

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to meet and interact with such inspiring and
amazing women. Every panel offered diverse opinions and practical solutions. I enjoyed all
the sessions and especially the speed mentoring part. All the panelists were excellent but
Christina Ruggiero was Exquisite.

Thanks a lot for sharing. Thanks a lot for caring for the marginalized. Thanks for inviting me
for this mammoth forum and deciding to involve us women to know n explore ourselves
and know where our strength truly lies. God bless you and Dilya for choosing to highlight
the woes and joys of womenhood.

Designed for CEOs to prepare themselves for gender diversity in organisations, the India
Summit 2018 provided valuable insights to questions which women Managers may be afraid
to ask. The scene having changed worldwide, I think, it provided women leaders with a true
flavour of the best practices, and to build a dream job in India! The 3Ms (marriage,
maternity, mobility); flexi-time, personal values in the first half of the career-life and the
second half; impact of work on life and life on work; were indeed intense and put across
eloquently by the panel speakers and moderators.

The Summit for me was great, most enlightening and enjoyable. Great content. Professional
organization, with the personal touch of House of Rose Professional — Anthony and Dilya,
“rosy” and healthy “pink!” Admired, and certainly rated 10 out of 10!
I wish Anthony and Dilya greater success and popularity, always, in their efforts and social
contribution to the cause of professional women in the corporate world. To break the glass
ceiling, and reach out to the stars!

Hi Anthony: Many thanks for inviting me to be a part of Break the ceiling touch the sky
(India Edition 2018). It was a great experience. The proceedings moved like clockwork and
the hospitality was splendid. I was impressed both by the quality and quantity of delegates.
The content for the conference was also good and the panelists were very accomplished
people in their field. I look forward to attending your next conference.

Thank you for organizing the summit and bringing together the inspiring bunch of leaders.
It was wonderful to hear personal stories of leaders, examples of how they dealt with
challenges & decisions taken at multiple stages. The frank and open panel discussion
moderated by Tejal that discussed the hush-hush topics and group mentoring session was
refreshing. Lastly, the 3 Moments of truth (3M) is something that I will take back to my
organization for further reflection.
I would request you to please invite more male members in next edition and have even
more individual stories of leaders.

Dear Anthony
Thank you for the invitation to the 2018 Edition of Break the Ceiling….which I am glad I
accepted.
The group discussions and points expressed were articulate, made by successful persons in
well-respected organisations and related fields.
It was an eventful morning.
Hope to stay in touch and with best wishes.

Dear Anthony,
Zelma joins me in thanking Dilya and you and the HouseofRoseprofessionals Team for yet
another excellent Summit. We enjoyed the Panel Discussions which were down to earth and
realistic, meeting many new professionals and the generous hospitality and gifts. (If there
are any more the next time…do consider home deliveries!!)

Over the years you have built graciously and painstakingly, brick by brick (should I say rose
by rose) a community of friends who have joined you in the mission to promote women in
the workplace. My favourite session – introduced for the first time at your summits in
Mumbai – remains the Mentor-Mentee sessions. It provided space for concerns, a deeply
democratic way of listening, guiding and fostering self-belief and intimacy.

I wish the Summit was a two-day event to have enjoyed it a bit longer.

Thank you for creating the Summit; we cant wait to participate in the next one!

Kindest regards,

(Mrs.) Neelam Kshirsagar,
Head, Fund Raising & Partnerships, IMPACT INDIA FOUNDATION

Thank you Anthony, for inviting me to this wonderful event, and for being such a strong champion
for Save the Children.

I really enjoyed being there, and my co-panelists were wonderful! I loved the keynote speech, and
thought in general, the quality of discussions were great.

Thanks again and hope to stay in touch and see you again next year
