Chief Customer Officer, J&J Consumer
In this role, Chester executes J&J’s Global Commercial Strategy, to maximize growth and value creation within the Sales organization. Chief among his responsibilities are: a) Driving Revenue Growth Management strategies; b) Establishing the best ways to serve customers across channels; c) establishing more effective management of our global and regional customers across regions; d) identifying best-in-class channel strategies and route-to-market capabilities especially in Emerging markets; e) Building a strong network of shopper insights and analytics expertise; and f) creating organization capacity and capability with excellence of execution as a focus.
Chester joined Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. from Procter & Gamble, where he spent over 25 years in various roles across the world including the US, China, India, Singapore and Europe. Chester reports to Jorge Mesquita, Worldwide Chairman, Consumer and services on the Consumer Group Operating Committee.
Chester holds an MBA (Marketing) and a B.COM. (Commerce and Economics) from the University of Mumbai, India. Chester is based in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
