By registering for the 2022 World Virtual  Edition  of  Break the ceiling touch the sky® –  the success and leadership summit via this paypal system on our website www.houseofroseprofessional.com you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Note that this is the eight annual world edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® is designed as a LIVE  summit primarily to be held on Oct 25, 2022 at the Shangri La Singapore. However given the uncertainity around travel, we are also setting up an option for teams to join from around the world virtually!   Proceedings of the Live summit will be shown  online  over Zoom. Companies that purchase LIVE PARTICPATING TEAMS OF 10 DELEGATES will attend live in Singapore. Companies that purchase Virtual Team of 30 virtual delegates will attend from any location over the specially set up Zoom webinar.

All participants who attend virtually  will need to download the relevant  app on  on their desktops/device to be able to join the webinar.

“Delegate” /”Participant” means any person  who completes the registration and payment for participant  pass on the website www.houseofroseprofessional.com

No cancellation of participation will be accepted. However it is possible to transfer the participant access of one individual to  another individual if  you inform anthony@houseofroseprofessional.com of your request no later than  midnight of  Oct 15,2022. Please note there is NO REFUND for “no show”  Live participants that fail to show up on Oct 25, 2022. Similarly there is NO REFUND for virtual teams/ delegates who do not join the online webinar (Zoom) on the day.

For LIVE Particpating Team of 10 – After purchasing your Particpating Company Team passes, please email the names and emails of your 10 delegates to [email protected] and cc [email protected]

For Virtual Particpating Team of 30 – After purchasing your Participating Team passes, please email the names and emails of your 10 delegates to [email protected] and cc [email protected].  House of Rose Professional will then send you registration link for the Zoom Webinar.

FOR INDIVIDUALS: Once you purchase your individual delegate pass please send in name of delegate, email, Tel, Company name to [email protected] and cc [email protected]

House of Rose Professional reserves the right to deny entry to the  summit to persons who pay but do not respond to email requests from House of Rose Professional or its staff to get the name, Company name and contact details of the delegates.

While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the conference details as displayed on the website, House of Rose Professional reserves the right to change event dates, location/sites,  or omit event features, as it deems necessary and in such situations no refunds (full or partial) or alternative offers shall be given to the participant or his/her organization. (In the last 8 years  multiple, 30 highly successful editions of the summit  have been conducted internationally  exactly as per location/venue/details featured on website so that should provide an indication of our commitment to delegates. Only 6 of a total of over 1000 speakers have been unable to keep their speaking commitment since 2015). Note that given the truly global nature of this edition of the summit, some of the speakers will join virtually and not be attending live (likely 10 % of speakers will be virtual). This will be clearly identified a month before the summit as leaders finalize travel plans etc working around Covid travel restrictions etc.

House of Rose Professional will not be responsible for any incident that happens to the participant during the event.

For those joining virtually – the participant will need to ensure strong internet connection and wifi at her/his location/ residence/ point from which the participant will join this virtual summit.

House of Rose Professional  reserves the right to expel a participant from this live and virtual event  should House of Rose Professional , at its sole discretion, deem the participant’s behavior inappropriate or offensive to other participants.  No refund of the registration fee will be given to a delegate who has been expelled from this  event.

House of Rose Professional reserves the right to use comments made, or evaluations provided by the participant for the purposes of publicity and promoting its products and services. Any photographic/digital/video content  of participants online or  other content generated during the summit may also be used by House of Rose Professional for its website and other promotion.

House of Rose Professional is allowed to publish the name, institution, country and position of the participant on a list of participants for its events.

Participants from any organization are not allowed to distribute materials that promote any organization/activity or conduct sales of any kind  without the express permission of House of Rose Professional which is the sole owner of the event Break the ceiling touch the sky®. If such material is circulated or exposed, we will remove it from the live event or the webinar  etc. by House of Rose Professional or its monitoring staff.
