Béatrice Guillaume-Grabisch was appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Business Services of the Nestlé Group in 2019. Based in Nestlé’s Headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, she oversees Human Resources, Business Services and Information Technology servicing Nestlé’s 308’000 employees across 190 countries.

Béatrice began her professional career in 1985 with Colgate- Palmolive in Paris, France. She joined Beiersdorf, Hamburg in 1989. Between 1995 and 2000, she held various roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson, Düsseldorf.

Between 2000 and 2006, Béatrice worked for L’Oréal, as Managing Director L’Oréal Paris in Germany, and as Managing Director of the Consumer Division for Switzerland. Since 2016, she is Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of L’Oréal SA, France.

In 2006 she joined The Coca-Cola Company as President of the Germany Business Unit. Her introduction to Nestlé began in May 2010 when she became CEO of Beverage Partners Worldwide, a global beverages Joint Venture between The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé S.A.

During her Nestlé career, she has held the roles of Vice President Zone Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and Chief Executive Officer Nestlé Germany.

Béatrice graduated from the ESSEC Business & Management School, Paris in 1985. Of French nationality, she today spends her life between Vevey, Switzerland and Berlin, Germany from where her husband runs his business.◼
