Tolga has 23 years of professional experience in the FMCG industry and management consulting. He is currently leading the Middle East Region (13 countries) for TCCC (the Coca-Cola Company) based in Dubai. He has assumed various marketing, franchise and commercial leadership roles since he joined TCCC in 2004 in Turkey. Apart from his operational roles, he participated in global strategic initiatives such as digital transformation through Big Data. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, he worked in Procter & Gamble on brand management, and Boston Consulting Group and Monitor Group on management consultancy. Tolga holds an MBA degree from INSEAD, France and a double major BS degree on Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey. He has a passion on diversity & inclusion and a high interest in military history.
