Bianca Bourbon is the Operations Vice President for The Coca-Cola Company’s Asia Pacific Group.

Born in Romania, Bianca began working with The Coca-Cola Company in 1997 after graduating with Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Acedemia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti in Bucharest.

Starting in Romania, Bianca initially followed a traditional marketing career path, covering all brands within the Coca-Cola portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe. Her career path broadened in 2009 when she moved to Austria/Vienna and assumed the Franchise Leadership role for the markets in Central Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech, Slovak, Slovenia).
Following this role, Bianca moved further west to Berlin to become the General Manager for Germany, Denmark and Finland.

In October 2019, Bianca moved with the Company to Singapore to take up the position of Operations Vice President for the Asia Pacific Group.

Bianca is a passionate diversity ambassador, and she has served on the global Coca-Cola Women’s Leadership Council, and was a Diversity Champion on the Board of AMCHAM Germany.
