Anthony Rose is founder Chairman and CEO of the House of Rose Professional, a business consultancy providing services in the Talent, Training and Transformation areas and is based in Singapore. Anthony is also owner of “Break the ceiling touch the sky – the success and leadership summit for women.” and the founder of Mission 2029 – a global initiative to quintuple the number of Female CEOs and Double the number of D&I Champion Male CEOs in the top 500 Global companies.
Anthony also counsel’s the world’s most influential Companies in their quest to attract and retain the world’s best and most diverse talent via HORP’s Talent brand Dream Job International® and the super-mentoring and reputation initiative under HORP’s CEOSmith® brand.
Prior to Aug 2014, Anthony was Vice President and head of the Corporate Affairs function for Walmart Asia leading a team of over 300 Corporate Affairs professionals.
Anthony has held a range of Corporate Affairs and Influencer Marketing roles since 1991 across Asia and North America with Walmart, Procter & Gamble, GSK, etc. In 2006 Anthony created the blueprint for P&G’s global Influencer Marketing effort (“The future of Influencer Marketing”) that became the basis of its renowned global capability in this area.

Anthony was Co-Chair of the ECR (Efficient Customer Response) Asia Pacific Executive Council between 2011 and 2016. He was adjunct faculty member at Singapore Management University (SMU) and faculty at the Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC), India.
In Nov. 2015 Anthony was recognized as AMCHAMs 2015 “Champion for the advancement of women.”
Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Geology and post-graduate qualification in Mass Communications from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India and the Xavier Institute of Communications, India, respectively.
His mission in life is as he puts it quite simply “To use my communications skills to do good. To make a difference.”
