For 25 years , Anthony A. Rose served in leadership positions with the most influential companies in the world including Walmart, Procter & Gamble, and Glaxo (now GSK) across multiple global assignments before establishing House of Rose Professional in late 2014. An authority on Influencer Marketing, Public Relations and People Development (especially women in leadership) Anthony has carved out a unique respect for his sustained programs that have saved his employers millions of dollars, built their businesses and reputations and touched countless lives.
Some of his most noteworthy Public Relations achievements include the APEC, Executive Communications and Women’s Economic Empowerment Programs for Walmart across Asia that resulted in a significant upswing in reputation for Walmart; the creation of the Influencer Marketing global strategies for P&G via his milestone works “12 winning principles of Marketing PR” and “The future of influencer marketing”; the consecutive set up of External Relations’ organizations across India, North America and ASEAN that consistently increased Return On Investment (ROI); the anti-counterfeit strategies and coalition that saved industry (and subsequently consumers) millions of dollars in India and numerous launches across brands and geographies that built their business. Prior to P&G he was a senior leader with Clea PR – one of India’s fastest growing PR consultancies at the time, and before that worked with Glaxo and the Datamatics Group.
Anthony has handled every possible crisis over the last 30 years including food safety issues, product tampering issues, reputational crises, natural disasters, employee related crises, etc.
Anthony is a master at connecting brands and organizations to causes that have a game changing impact on their corporate reputations, a good example being the multiple-award-winning Pantene Beautiful Lengths program which he helped create in 2006 for Pantene (P&G) in North America, the Dhristhi and OPEN MINDS programs in India and the ASEAN CRM program across key brands for P&G.
Anthony also helped establish the initial measurement protocols that made P&G the pioneer in measurement of PR impact in 2006.
Anthony has been a regular jury member on the industry’s top annual awards including those of PR Week, Campaign and Public Affairs Asia since 2005.
Anthony continues to lead on industry matters. He was Co-Chair of the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) Asia Pacific Council, from 2011 to Oct 2016. Over the last few years he has also co-chaired the 13th, 14th and 15th ECR Asia Pacific Conferences and Exhibitions bringing together the top 500 influencers from the retail, consultancy and consumer goods industries to collaborate on solutions that would benefit the consumer.
