The 2024 Americas Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit for women will be held LIVE at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, New York on July 16, 2024. This is the sixth annual Americas Edition and the 35th international edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® and brings together in-person the world’s best leaders (across functions and levels) from Participating Companies to share best practices for leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion and success and accelerate the positive business impact of the advancement of women in leadership. The 2024 Americas edition will equip participants at the summit with best practices, tips and techniques to win in a global economy with 25 C-Suite leaders serving as speakers and coaches on the day.
The summit will also celebrate the 2024 Break the ceiling touch the sky® Americas Most Inspirational Women in leadership, Male Champions for gender equality and include the learnings from the 2024 Break the ceiling touch the sky® 101 Best Global Companies for women in leadership (BTC 101 Global Index) – the definitive global benchmark against which companies can calibrate their gender diversity progress at senior leadership levels within their own industry and across Industries.
The summit supports House of Rose Professional’s overall MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD – the 10-year action plan which kicked off in mid- 2020 to quintuple the number of Female CEOs in the world’s 500 largest Companies by end 2029 (using 2020 as base year) from 14 to 70, and double the number of Male CEO Champions for gender diversity & inclusion actively investing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
