Amanda Marks MCIPD, People Consultant at Ucan2.org helping organisations, predominantly SME’s, to get the best out of their people through practical solutions using her HR generalist knowledge.  Worked in HR for 22 years, from an Internet start-up to the last 10 years as HR Director EMEA for NSF International, has recently branched out on her own to set in business.   Qualified  as an Executive Coach and Counsellor, she is also hoping to empower others to be better versions of themselves and push themselves out of their comfort zone as she has done.
