Dr. Abeer AlTeneiji

Dr. Abeer AlTeneiji is currently a Director in Clinical operations in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), in the United Arab Emirates. She has been dedicated to health care for the past 15 years.
Prior to joining CCAD Dr. AlTeneiji served in inter-related senior leadership positions including Health Care management, Health & Safety, Public Health and patient management. She managed large scale health transformation projects with a focus on integrating cost-efficient approaches and sustaining high quality health services.
Dr. AlTeneiji is an Honorary Member of Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom. She has major interest in health education, health care transformation programs, digital health, innovation and health promotion.

In addition to her role, Dr. AlTeneiji worked with the UAE Minister of State on international programs related to women empowerment and development for a period of five years. The programs focused on dimensions related to women empowerment at work & life-work balance.

Dr. AlTeneiji is a physician specialized in Public Health Medicine. She received her undergraduate medical degree in UAE followed by MPH; Master of Public Health from John Hopkins University, United States. She completed Leadership Program in London Business School, in addition to Women Leadership programs.

Dr. AlTeneiji has great passion in continuous learning, women leadership development and health care advancement. She enjoys travelling, reading, music and spending time with her Family.
