The 2024 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit for women was held live on Nov 11, 2024 with executives from over 100 of  the world’s most sucessful companies leading as Participating Companies.  This is the 10th annual world edition of the summit to be held in Singapore and the 37th international edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky®  and  brings together in-person the world’s best leaders (especially female leaders  across functions and levels) from the most successful organizations to share best practices for leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion (especially gender equality) and success.  The summit is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best practices of the world’s best companies and leaders across business categories and  support and inspire your teams to greater success and contribution. The summit supports House of Rose Professional’s overall MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD – the 10-year action plan which kicked off in mid- 2020 to quintuple the number of Female CEOs in the world’s 500 largest Companies by end 2029 (using 2020 as base year) from 14 to 70, and double the number of Male CEO Champions for gender diversity & inclusion  actively investing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and through this shape a better, more equal world.

“Nine years ago, I joined my first Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky event, a summit that became a movement that Anthony Rose started, and is dedicated to the advancement of women in business, and a platform that brings together so many leaders, companies and industries for a common cause.  Fast forward 34 events and almost a decade later, it’s so impressive and inspiring to see what Anthony has achieved in bringing people together from around the world to address diversity and inclusion strategies that are critical to business sustainability.

Joining many of our (Eurofins) clients this week was a great way to reinforce that importance of building a better world together through DEI and reimagined business practices.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful event!”

Natalia Shuman, Group Executive Vice President, Europe & Asia, Eurofins
