Break the ceiling touch the sky® 365  (etc 365) is the year round training effort that Companies can avail of from House of Rose Professional which provides module based training across several areas most relevant to business executives, both female and male. The sessions are run by master trainers  (leadership executives of  the worlds most successful companies) personally hand picked by HORP, each trainer having a minimum of 25 years of business experience. Training can be organised for groups of 10 to over 100 onsite at the Companies across Asia Pacific and beyond.  BTC 365 offers a  focused and integrated  approach to unlocking the full potential of  your  leaders in the privacy of your own Company.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

One on one mentoring and coaching services for C suite executives to enhance their impact in the workplace, led by HORP’s team of senior coaches – each with a minimum experience of over 25 years of business experience. As compared to the broader team coaching covered under BTC 365, this is one on one coaching provided on identified areas defined  for the development of the coachee to his or her fullest potential as a leader of purpose and high performance.  This is coaching that would likely be for a minimum period of 3 months to enhance the coachees performance against specifically identified goals.
