Organizational Framework Strategy

Organization and People Development has been a constant in Anthony’s career. He is expert at going into an organization, looking at the landscape and then creating the frameworks, capabilities and strategies to sustain a high performing team. At Clea PR (1995-96) in India, he built a champion team that led the largest accounts including Coca-Cola, CRISIL, 20th Century Finance, etc. At P&G (between 1997 and 2010), Anthony built multiple PR organizations in India, Asean-Australasia-India, North America Hair, the Global Influencer Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) and ASEAN External Relations.In 2004, while on assignment in the USA, Anthony was recognized as P&G External Relations Global Capability Builder of the Year. At Walmart (between 2010 and 2014) he helped build an effective Asia wide network of top PR/GR practitioners that handled every possible aspect of Corporate Affairs.
