After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from India, Vaishali began her career with Procter & Gamble in Mumbai, India. Her successful 24-year career spans 21 years with P&G and the last 3 years with J&J. Over these years, Vaishali has gained well-rounded experience across different areas of the business, spanning the value chain from manufacturing to sales, as well as different areas of finance, including business and business model analysis, strategy, planning and forecasting, accounting and legal entity management, treasury, and external relations. She has worked on multiple categories and brands, with roles of increasing geographic and business responsibilities.
Based out of Asia, Vaishali has made a mark as a global business and people leader in two large companies and across different roles. Here are the leadership roles she has held in the last 10 years.

Along with a penchant for financial analysis, strategy and change leadership, Vaishali has a passion for organizational development and training. She is known as an expert coach and prolific trainer on several functional and soft skills. She has also made herself a name as an ardent advocate of diversity & inclusion – she was very successful as the Asia diversity leader for Finance in P&G and is now playing the same role in J&J.
At a personal level, Vaishali strongly believes in balance between personal and professional life. Apart from playing her roles as mother and wife, she also has several artistic pursuits such as music, dance, languages and photography, and is an avid reader and traveller.
