Tony Frencham

Group Senior Vice President, Worley

Tony is Group Senior Vice President for New Energy at the worldwide engineering services company Worley.  He is responsible for strategy and execution planning for New Energy, and providing leadership on the global energy transition.

With a business career spanning over thirty years, and the past twenty eight years with Dow Chemical, Tony has served in a variety of business and executive roles in Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Australia. Tony is a member of the WorleyParsons Group Leadership Team executive committee; is a Board member of Advance (; a member of the National Male Champions of Change (est. 2015) (; a member of the Business Advisory Committee for CSIRO Manufacturing (; a past Vice-Chair of Chemistry Australia (; and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Applied Science with Distinction (Chemistry) from La Trobe University in 1982, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Polymer Science from Monash University in 1987, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Deakin University in 1994.
