Managing Director and Head of Personal Loans and Revolving Credit, Standard Chartered Bank
Meghan Connolly is currently Managing Director and Head of Personal Loans and Revolving Credit at Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for managing Personal Loans and Revolving Credit Products in over 30 markets.
Meghan joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2006 as Head of Strategic Business Integration, where she was responsible for marketing and customer strategies for consumer lending products in Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Leveraging on her experience in those regions, she was appointed Group Head of Business Analytics in 2008, and subsequently Group Head of the Credit Card Portfolio Management in 2009, where she took on responsibility for portfolio management and product development across Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Meghan was with MBNA for 12 years, where she began her career, and has held several management roles in Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Credit, Collections and Human Resources in US, Canada, and UK.
Meghan is also an advocate of women’s leadership and empowerment. She started and co-chairs the Women’s Council and is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council for SCB Singapore. She frequently speaks on leadership and diversity.
Meghan received her Bachelor Degree in English from Georgetown University and has continued her executive education at Oxford.
Meghan lives in Singapore with her two sassy kids and husband. This year she is attempting to master golf.
