HR Lead APAC and ASEAN, Accenture
As part of Accenture’s global Human Resources management team, Anika Grant is the HR lead for APAC and ASEAN. In this role she is accountable for all HR service delivery in ASEAN and for the execution of Accenture’s Human Capital Strategy across the APAC region (China, Japan, ANZ, South Korea, ASEAN and the Philippines).
Anika joined Accenture in 1995, as part of the consulting practice in Sydney, and then subsequently in the London office, with a focus on change management.
In 2001 Anika moved to Paris and started her career in Human Resources, where she has held a number of key HR positions in the areas of total rewards, human capital strategy and HR service delivery. Most recently Anika led the Talent Architecture Center of Expertise where she was instrumental in developing and launching Accenture’s new employee career model.
Anika has lectured in International Human Resources Management as part of a master program at Sciences Po University in Paris and has spoken at a number of international conferences on topics such as diversity, employee engagement and the Future of Work.
Anika is based in Singapore with her husband and two children since August 2013.
