Priyanka Aggarwal is a Partner and Director of BCG India. Priyanka is a core member ofHealthcare and Industrial Goods Practice. She leads the Provider practice for BCG India.
Across her consulting career, Priyanka has served clients across the healthcare spectrum – pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and medtech companies – on topics ranging from business strategy, operations transformation, procurement, sales and marketing and organisational effectiveness. Within industrial goods – she focuses on supply chain and data-driven analytics based performance improvement opportunities.

Priyanka has worked across multiple geographies including India, US and SE Asia. She is known for her passion for client impact, pushing the performance trajectory of her clients – and challenging the status-quo.

She is passionate about the topic of patient-centricity and technology as an enabler of transformative impact in India healthcare. She is the author of many publications – BCG Perspectives publication “Power to the Patient”, BCG-Mint collaboration on “Health Systems Leapfrogging in India: A need and a possibility.”

She is a regular speaker at Healthcare conferences on topics of patient-centricity, outcomes excellence and Digital Health. She is also a member of NATHEALTH – pre-eminent industry body in Healthcare sector.

She currently leads BCG India’s Women @ BCG initiative, which seeks to inspire the next generation of women to take their role in the Firm and in the world with confidence. She is passionate about the topic of Gender Diversity and has launched many new initiatives in the Firm – to create engagement and affiliation, as well as strengthen institutional support systems around Flex models and apprenticeship. She is the lead author of BCG’s recent publication on “From Intention to Impact: Bridging the Diversity Gap in the WorkPlace”, which focuses on identifying the true obstacles to gender diversity in India corporates and the interventions that really work.

She was cited as “Women in Power – Economic Times” at the age of 37, and selected as one of “Corporate India’s Fastest Rising Women Leaders” by Economic Times- Spencer Stuart in 2016.

Prior to joining BCG in 2011, Priyanka worked with McKinsey & Co as an Associate Partner. Priyanka graduated from IIM Ahmedabad in 2000 as a Gold Medalist, and completed her B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Delhi University (University Gold Medalist).

Outside work, Priyanka enjoys trekking, reading and spending time with her two kids, 11 and 8.
