Mohammed Al Fayyad was appointed Director – Customer Care and Aftersales for the Middle East region in July 2015. In his role, Al Fayyad is responsible for leading all aspects of the Customer Care and Aftersales business, including vehicle servicing, customer service and support, genuine GM and ACDelco wholesale parts, ACDelco locally made batteries, supply chain logistics, and vehicle parts warehouse operations.

From June 2013 to June 2015, Al Fayyad served as Regional Communications and Public Relations Manager. In this role he led GM’s regionwide communications strategy: building the reputations of the company’s brands and maximizing their exposure through the media..

Prior to that, his post was as the ACDelco Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for the Middle East Battery Company, a role that entailed implementing marketing plans and achieving sales targets across various markets.

Al Fayyad first joined GM Middle East in 2007 as a Dealer Standards Manager. In 2008, he took on the position of Business Management Manager. One year later, he was appointed Sales Business Manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Al Fayyad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Jordan and an MBA with a major in Finance from the UK’s Coventry University.
