Michael Song is Chief Human Resources of PepsiCo Greater China Sector, a member of global HR leadership team. He is responsible for leading the Human Resources function in Greater China sector, including HR strategy, talent supply chain, culture, organization design and development, leadership development, diversity & inclusion and employee relations etc.
Michael has more than 20 years of HR professional experiences. He joined PepsiCo China in 2009. He took a series of different HR leadership role in PepsiCo. He has great passion in diversity and inclusion. He led HR team in China to design and implement many D&I programs and made PepsiCo one of the leading organizations in diversity and inclusion.
Before joining PepsiCo, Michael worked in a leading Human Resources consulting firm for around 10 years. He helped his clients on the areas of total rewards, performance management, employee engagement and organization.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree of Fudan University, with a major in Statistics and Operations Research.
