Manish is a General Manager and Business Leader with 15 years of extensive experience in FMCG and Beauty & Personal Care categories.  He has worked in both B2C, B2B,e-com environments with Product & Product +Services oriented business with Blue Chip MNCs.

Presently, Manish is  leading the transformation of India and South Asia business for Wella Company(KKR owned).As the Managing Director of the business, he is  responsible for end to end P&L, Balance Sheet, Long term business plan design and driving results while leading multi-functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Creative/Technical/Education, Supply Chain and HR.

Manish has diverse exposure across setting up new business, transforming business profile through e-commerce acceleration, launching business in white spaces markets and categories. He  has lead business transformation across mature and emerging businesses and segments.
