A TATA Institute of Social Sciences alumna, Harshita is the Head of Talent for Nestlé South Asia Region. In this role she leads an integrated portfolio of Acquisition, Learning, People processes, and Diversity & Inclusion. Besides strengthening the existing processes, Harshita has driven exploration of new opportunities in all four domains. Led by her passion of unleashing the potential of each employee, she has driven adoption of a differentiated approach, particularly with respect to D&I and Employer Branding. This has led Nestlé to be recognized among the ‘100 Best Companies for Women in India’ by Avtar group and among Top 3 FMCGs on campuses.
Harshita started her journey with Mondelez (erstwhile Cadbury), before moving to Colgate Palmolive India as Business HR. In this role she worked on a range of employee lifecycle interventions right from recruitment, performance management, learning, organization development, change and employee engagement. Later her time at Colgate Palmolive was also spent in leading country level expert functions like Learning & Development. She took further her passion for performance enhancement by taking up a corporate role at Honeywell in the Organization Development function.
Harshita joined Nestlé India as Head of Talent Acquisition and was instrumental in reshaping the hiring practices and establishing Nestlé as an employer of choice.
