Fiona Lee is Vice President & General Manager of HP’s Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) in Asia Pacific and Japan. She is responsible for the overall APJ P&L and all Go-To-Market capabilities in the region including sales and marketing of GSB products to a broad range of markets and segments.
Fiona’s priority is to grow the business through innovating in business models and strategies. She is also focused on driving digital transformation and accelerating the analogue to digital conversion, enabling customers to maximize business opportunities. Embedding growth capabilities within the business is also a key focus area to deliver on these priorities.
She brings more than 16 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. Fiona’s most recent role was Chief of Staff to HP Inc’s President of Asia Pacific and Japan, where she was responsible for all aspects of Strategy and Planning related to the President’s office. Prior to that, as a Director at APJ Integration office, Fiona led the successful integration of Samsung’s printer business for APJ, working closely with global and country teams and across all aspects of the acquisition.
A long time HP employee, Fiona has worked in various management roles from Consumer to Commercial to Enterprise and from Consulting to Marketing to Sales across PC, Print and Supplies businesses. She has also worked in country, at the region and in the GBU. She left HP for several years to start up and helm Seagate’s APJ consumer business end-to-end but returned to take on the Samsung Integration role.
Fiona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
