Danny Celoni is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand. He has overall responsibility for PepsiCo’s snacks and beverages business and its portfolio of successful brands including Smith’s, Doritos, Red Rock Deli, Bluebird, Pepsi Max and Gatorade.

Danny has been leading PepsiCo ANZ since May 2018 and has a wealth of experience in fast moving consumer goods, both locally and globally. Danny was previously Senior Sales Director of PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand and has over 22 years of experience in senior sales, commercial and strategy roles, leading large scale businesses across multiple geographies in Asia-Pacific, 17 years with Diageo, and 4 years in strategy consulting. Danny has worked and lived in Australia, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Thailand.

Danny joined PepsiCo from Australia’s leading Food & Grocery industry commercial consulting firm, Real World FMCG Consulting, part of the Advantage group of companies, where he was Managing Director of the commercial division, working with major FMCG suppliers on commercial strategy, trading term and price increase negotiations, route to market strategy, capability and joint business planning across Asia Pacific.

Danny joined PepsiCo in Nov 2016 as Senior Director and Chief Commercial Officer ANZ, responsible for leading the total commercial and customer strategy, managing the account teams, and execution agenda across all route to markets and channels at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand. He is also responsible for driving the P&L and driving joint business planning with Australia’s key major retail partners.

Danny is passionate about developing leaders, driving category expansion through product innovation and delivering long-term sustainable growth.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Communication and lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
