Dali Sanghera is an experienced Managing Director with extensive global exposure working across Asia, Europe and North America regions.  In her current role, Dali serves as COO for Accenture’s business across Australia & New Zealand, South East Asia, India , Africa and the Middle East.  In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing on the Strategy and Operations of the business across all dimensions and Industries . Key focus area is on driving operational excellence and competitive agility to achieve P&L growth, Talent management, sales and delivery excellence.

Her passion for Inclusion and Diversity sees Dali playing an active mentoring and coaching role to women and ethnic minorities.   As a mother of three, she is acutely aware of the challenges of juggling motherhood and career, along with a strong desire to deliver results and pay it forward. Dali holds a Bachelor in Business and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and a Master NLP Coaching Practioner. Her passion for supporting women sees her aligned with charities such as Indian Futures where she actively sponsors  and coaches young women to pursue higher education in rural India.
