From Industry association leadership, sales and divestitures, integrations and mergers, communications around restructuring and retrenchment programs, Anthony has led change communications programs across a wide range of stakeholders including news media, employees, government officials, regulators, etc. As lead on the External Communications unit of Glaxo India PR in the mid nineties, he led the media relations strategies that helped ensure positive external perception of Glaxo during the sale of the Family Products Division of Glaxo to Heinz India – the most expensive divestiture in Indian Corporate history at that time. Anthony’s earliest change communications campaign at P&G India in the late 90’s received widespread media attention at the time. In partnership with the HR function the change communications program set P&G up as one of India’s best employers, a recognition it received for several years.
