Carrie Niggli

Senior director of customer development for Middle East and North Africa, The Coca-Cola Company

Carrie Niggli is the Customer Director for the MENA Business Unit, based in Dubai, with responsibility for international customers across 24 countries. Ms. Niggli has nearly two decades of experience in driving transformational growth strategies for customers across the Coca-Cola system, both in the United States and international markets.

Prior to her current role, she worked on the Global 7-Eleven Customer Team where she spent three years as Director Global Customer & Strategic Development, working collaboratively with Bottlers and Business Units in 18 countries. During this time, she focused on building long-range plans that align with The Coca-Cola Company’s Commercial, Customer and Franchise Leadership strategy, which delivered consecutive years of growth. In addition, she spent three years working on the 7-Eleven U.S. domestic business, which during this time the Coca-Cola Company was awarded “Most Valuable Supplier”.

She started her Coca-Cola career working as a Key Account Manager for Coca-Cola Enterprises in 1998 and held several roles of increasing responsibility, including National Account Executive for BJ’s Wholesale Club and National Account Executive for CVS/ Pharmacy.

Prior to the Coca-Cola system, she worked at the Eastman Kodak Company and managed key accounts across New England. She is a graduate of Florida State University.
