Noeleen Kelly

Noeleen Kelly is the General Manager  UAE, Lower Gulf and Global E-Commerce at Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), leading a diverse and multinational team to drive the company’s growth in the region. Before joining FHH, she worked for more than a decade with Procter and & Gamble across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, leading the company’s entry into new markets and building brands across a challenging and ever-changing consumer landscape.

Equipped with the knowledge and skills she has gained working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment across multiple countries, Noeleen offers invaluable insights on succeeding in the corporate world, breaking down cultural barriers and navigating through change. She is passionate about building and motivating high-performing teams and has dedicated herself to this goal throughout her professional life. She is a firm believer in building diversity of skills, backgrounds and personalities on her teams and in the power of teamwork in achieving impossible goals. Her favourite quote is from Michael Jordan: “Talent wins games, teamwork wins championship.”

Noeleen holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University College Dublin (UCD), as well as an MBS in Strategic Management and Planning from Smurfit School of Business, UCD, Ireland. She has also studied in University of Beijing.

Outside work Noeleen enjoys cooking, keeping fit and healthy and is learning to play golf and tennis with the help of her very supportive husband
