Lena Al Suhaili has been spinning careers to create energetic experiences, as an HR DJ. She is currently the Director for HR Middle-East, Africa, and Global Export Markets at BIC. Trained in Information Systems & HR from McGill University, Lena’s background is in Business Partnering, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR infrastructure setup, Organizational Development, Coaching, and D&I in the apparel, FMCG and tech industries. Though she’s worked in several regions, her expertise lies in the volatile MEA markets that are full of potential and diversity. Her mission is in building diverse & inclusive strategies that take place at every stage of the team member career experience, so that everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow.
