By registering for the 2020 North America Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® – the success and leadership summit via this paypal system on our website www.
“Delegate” means any person who completes the registration and payment for delegate pass on the website www.
Any local tax liability is the liability of delegate/ company sending delegates to the summit.
No cancellation of delegate passes will be accepted. However it is possible to transfer the delegate pass to another individual if you inform anthony@
While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the conference details as displayed on the website, House of Rose Professional reserves the right to change event dates, location/sites, and dietary options or omit event features, as it deems necessary and in such situations no refunds (full or partial) or alternative offers shall be given to the participant or his/her organization. (In the last 5 years multiple, highly successful editions of the summit have been conducted internationally exactly as per location/venue/details featured on website without ANY change in venue, program etc. Under 10 of a total of over 400 speakers have been unable to keep their speaking commitment since 2015).
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to secure his/her visa to USA for the 2020 North America Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky® if he/ she is travelling into the USA from another location.
Participants must arrange adequate travel, personal liability and health insurance prior to the event. House of Rose Professional is not responsible for the participant’s hotel booking or any cost whatsoever related to stay, etc. The registration fee above covers ONLY the right to attend the one day summit on Feb 20.
House of Rose Professional will not be responsible for any incident that happens to the participant during the event or while traveling to/from the event; neither is House of Rose Professional liable to damage to or loss of the participant’s belongings during the event.
House of Rose Professional reserves the right to expel a participant from further participation in an event should House of Rose Professional , at its sole discretion, deem the participant’s behavior inappropriate or offensive to other participants. No refund of the registration fee will be given to a delegate who has been expelled from the event.
House of Rose Professional reserves the right to use comments made, or evaluations provided by the participant for the purposes of publicity and promoting its products and services. Any photographic/digital/video content or other content generated during the summit may also be used by House of Rose Professional for its website and other promotion.
House of Rose Professional is allowed to publish the name, institution, country and position of the participant on a list of participants for its events.
Neither the delegate nor the delegates organization is allowed to distribute materials that promote any organization/activity or conduct sales of any kind during the event without the express permission of House of Rose Professional which is the sole owner of the event Break the ceiling touch the sky®. If such material is placed, it will be removed immediately by support staff on duty at the event.
