Break the ceiling touch the sky – the success and leadership summit for women (TM) is today Singapore’s most admired “women in leadership” summit brand, with the World Edition permanently anchored in Singapore and an additional India Edition. The World Edition attracts participation from over 27 countries. The summit is curated based on insights from over 6000 women leaders. It focuses on sharing best practices for success and leadership for women via a team of over 100 C Suite international speakers. The summit is intent on enabling women everywhere to learn, network and achieve.

There are big changes in the economic landscape and the roles of women in leadership across the world. The 2017 World Edition focuses heavily on enabling women leaders with the future skills, best practices, tools and technologies to live lives of balance, meaning and purpose and to equip them to literally break the glass ceiling in whatever they take on. The 2017 World Edition has a special “Singapore panel”  this year  that aims to specifically support Singapore’s goal of having 20% women directors on Boards by 2020. Break the ceiling touch the sky is confident of being able to contribute significantly to this goal.

This conference is designed for Senior Managers, Directors, and VPs across functions from around the world. While content is customized for women leaders, men who support gender diversity are also welcome. Delegates include middle and senior representatives across functions, aspiring General Managers, and entrepreneurs as well. Any woman leader (or man who supports diversity) who wants to learn from the world’s best leaders and Companies, should be at this summit. This summit combines the dual objective of learning from the best in the world while focusing on building Singapore women directors.
