Anne Tse

SVP and GM, PepsiCo Foods, Greater China Region

Ms. Anne Tse leads the Greater China Foods business for PepsiCo, stretching across two primary categories – Snacks and Cereal – and covering several global billion-dollar brands such as Lays potato chips, Doritos tortilla chips, and Quaker cereals.

Ms. Tse joined PepsiCo in 2010 and brought with her a rare blend of strategic thinking and operational focus to her commercial agenda.

She has set up one of the first dedicated e-Commerce team among CPG companies in China back in 2012, not only generated impressive growth for PepsiCo, but more importantly, propelled the Company’s overall digitization journey particularly in areas such as innovation incubation, consumer engagement, data analytics, and supply chain optimization.

As China’s consumer goods landscape transitioned to a “new normal”, Ms. Tse led the organization to stay ahead of a new shape of growth.  She transformed the business’s go-to-market capabilities to a new level, effectively reaching the needs of the next billion consumers.  With a bias for consumer and shopper centricity, Ms. Tse also step-changed the Company’s insight-to-instore activations, in order to serve the fast-changing demands of urban middle class.  As such, PepsiCo has been consistently among the fastest growing multi-national F&B companies in China.

Ms. Tse has a strong passion for talent development and women leadership.  She has sponsored many leadership programs at PepsiCo – from executive development centers, to women coaching circles and mentorships.

Before joining PepsiCo, Ms. Tse was an Associate Partner at McKinsey and Company.  She grew up in Hong Kong and obtained her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
