Andrea Young is president of Advantage Marketing Partners’ experiential division of Advantage Solutions. Under her leadership, Advantage Customer Experience delivers exceptional consumer experiences designed to build brands, inspire advocacy and drive product sales. Young oversees three North American business segments, six unique agencies and more than 10,000 associates.
Her group’s portfolio includes agency of record appointments at all key North American retailer partnerships outside of the mass and club channels and multiple Fortune 100 client partners.
Young directs the vision, innovation and acquisition strategies for the division, which has seen six consecutive years of profitable growth. Additionally, she leads cross-functional efforts including teams from finance, legal, real estate, HR and talent acquisition.
An intrapreneur with a proven track-record of practical innovation and scaling businesses, Young has implemented several business transformation initiatives, including the establishment of centers of excellence in critical areas such as analytics, retail strategy and innovation.
During her tenure, Ad Age has named Advantage Marketing Partners the No. 1 Experiential Marketing Agency in the United States each year from 2014 through 2019. Agencies within her group have been acknowledged by Event Marketer’s It List and Chief Marketer’s Top 200 several times over.
Young is deeply involved with organizations that champion the advancement of women, including Network of Executive Women, Cosmetic Executive Women, Orange County Women Entrepreneurs & Executives and Executive Women’s Golf Association. She is also a member of the Advantage Diversity and Inclusion Executive Council and a three-time honoree of Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery.
