Alizeh Iqbal Haider

Alizeh is an outspoken human rights activist from Pakistan, fighting for rights of women, children, labourers and religious minorities. She was elected to Pakistan’s National Assembly on special seat for women. Alizeh has worked extensively for rehabilitation of victims of domestic violence and rape and campaigned against honour killing. In her pursuit for children’s right to education, she has been a vocal supporter and advocate of Malala Yousafzai. She is experienced in advising governmental and semi-governmental bodies on legislative and public policy matters.
Alizeh was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn, England in Year 2000 and has been a practicing lawyer for the past 18 years. Currently, she holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Fine Hygienic Holding, Dubai.
