The 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky® list of The Americas Most Inspirational Women in Leadership is the listing  of the most successful women in leadership in the Americas created in support of  House of Rose Professional’s  Mission 2029 for a Better World –   which aims to shape a better world via better diversity & inclusion, better leadership and better business. The Measure for MISSION 2029 for a Better World is to  quintuple the number of Female CEOs  and double the number of male (advocates for diversity) CEOs in the World’s 500 largest Companies by 2029. Research shows that when considering a potential employer, 61% of women look at the diversity of the employers leadership team, 67% at whether it has positive role models similar to them, and 56% at whether the organization publicly shares its progress on diversity. Gender diversity & inclusion in organizations is a critical indicator of success.

The 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky® list of The Americas Most Inspirational Women in Leadership focused on the Corporate world  and  was curated by House of Rose Professional from its review of female executives in current executive leadership  roles in over 500 Companies operating in the Americas (primarily the USA, Canada, Mexico,Brazil, Argentina).  The list does not aim to be a comprehensive listing of all of the inspirational women in leadership in the Americas but is simply representative of the many talented women leaders living and working in the Americas and obviously serves as a catalyst for other women leaders to dream big. A spot on the list is not linked to any “subscription” or “certification program”  and cannot be influenced or paid for.  Leaders wishing to appear on future lists may send in their bio and credentials to House of Rose Professional for consideration at anthony@houseofroseprofessional.com.
