Stephanie Keen

Managing Partner Singapore, Hogan Lovells

Since moving to Singapore in 2009, Stephanie’s role in the firm has continued to grow, along with the high regard with which she is held by clients and peers for her corporate work in South East Asia and within the firm.

Stephanie is one of only a few international lawyers qualified to practice Singapore law. Stephanie was appointed as Hogan Lovells’ Singapore Office Managing Partner, where she oversees and drives the growth plans in Singapore.

Stephanie heads up the corporate practice in Singapore and private equity team in Asia. She has particular focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Stephanie has significant experience across a broad range of corporate transactions in many industry sectors including healthcare, industrials, media and telecoms, retail, financial services and food.

Since 2010 Stephanie has headed up the diversity committee in Singapore, becoming head of diversity in Asia in 2013.

The diversity committee aims to identify and make real and practical changes that impact on the behaviour and management of our office, making it a more respectful, inclusive and supportive environment for all employees. The firm’s award winning Breaking Barriers initiative, a part of this overall plan, is also led by Stephanie. Breaking Barriers hosts several events each year to bring working women from diverse sectors together to share their professional experiences and network with like-minded individuals.

Stephanie is also an active representative on the firm’s ‘Agile Working’ Committee, looking at ways to ensure all employees can work more flexibly, facilitating work life balance.
