Laura is the Head of Asia Pacific Marketing for management consulting firm, A.T. Kearney as well as Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Relationship Marketing and one of the firm’s Ombuds, based in Singapore.

She has over 25 years regional and global marketing, business leadership and transformation experience in consumer packaged goods, advertising, downstream oil products and consumer durables. Her roles with Johnson & Johnson, Kraft, her own marketing consultancy, Shell, Electrolux and Philips have given her the opportunity live, work and learn in North America, Europe and Asia.

Laura has had the benefit of a number of coaches and mentors throughout her career so she takes pride in teaching and coaching young people and other women in her organisations to fulfil their potential.

She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
