Prof. Ratika Gore is the Dy Chairperson of Industry Integration and Head of Career Development Program at S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai; a leading business school in India. As a core faculty, she is known for teaching excellence and a natural connect with her students. She teaches 4 courses, which include Critical Thinking, Design Thinking, Business Communication and Content Marketing.
A Femina Super Achiever Award winner, she has also presented her thoughts as a panel member in various industry events and is on advisory committee for a few organizations, including an NGO and a startup.
She has over 20 years of diverse global experience in education and running businesses in USA, Europe, Philippines, Singapore and India. Currently a doctoral scholar, she is a certified trainer, a certified coach, a consultant, and an erstwhile business owner, apart from being an MBA. She has real-life experiences and insights from working in different cultures, which she brings into her sessions.
In her professional life she has successfully re-invented herself twice and firmly believes that passion, belief and learnability can take one far in the path towards success. She enjoys long road trips with her 2 teenaged children and her husband who she met on the MBA campus.
