Natalia is an inspirational leader with a global mindset, who continues to raise the bar for innovation and growth across Kelly’s EMEA and APAC regions. In addition to her current key role as senior vice president and general manager (where she focuses on regional growth strategies, achieving company’s financial targets, building innovative customer solutions and talent development across borders), Natalia also serves as a board member for Kelly’s joint venture, TS Kelly Workforce Solutions Limited, in North Asia and now Asia Pacific, dividing much of her time between Singapore and Switzerland. But worldwide travel is certainly nothing new for this global staffing industry executive, having spent more than 20 years in a variety of leadership positions spanning three regions of the globe.
Natalia’s extraordinary capability for successfully implementing new and innovative solutions was apparent from the moment she joined Kelly in Moscow, establishing operations as a general manager. This talent, together with a clear passion for development and growth, led her to relocate to New York in 2000, where she excelled in managing branch network operations, key accounts and growth initiatives. Here, she became responsible for managing Kelly’s largest and most complex customer programs across the U.S., Europe and Asia, and led strategic cross-divisional projects, creating value for clients and consistently delivering exceptional results.
In 2011, Natalia then relocated to Singapore to focus on Kelly’s customers and partners in the APAC region. Following that, she was appointed chief operating officer to start up Kelly’s joint venture operations in China and North Asia, where she was based in Shanghai for over a year until she progressed to her current role.

Natalia’s first-hand experience of managing diverse teams and working with customers around the world has allowed her to thoroughly understand and appreciate cultural differences, talent trends, business practices and traditions in both emerging and developed markets. It has also allowed her to focus on people development, providing valuable opportunities and career support to countless others along the way. Admired for her global mind-set, high energy, and sound judgment, Natalia’s experience and enthusiasm has made her an outstanding mentor, and one who is passionate about helping more women gain leadership roles in the business world.

Undoubtedly, Natalia’s long-term vision and strategic approach to the staffing industry and to people development has been critical to her own success, as well as that of Kelly and the people around her. It is, therefore, not surprising that Natalia has been included in the “Women Worth Watching” list by Profiles in Diversity Magazine and to the “Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing” list by Staffing Industry Analysts.
In addition, she completed a dual Global Executive MBA program with Columbia University and the London Business School, and graduated with distinction from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance in Russia. Today, she continues to be an active member of the London Business School alumni network in Singapore and Columbia alumni in Shanghai, and has since been elected to the board of Ciett (the International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies).
