EVENTS SUPPORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT

Dilya Karimova is Director – Events with House of Rose Professional and leads all logistics for the Company’s core publishing and conference related activity, including the signature Break the ceiling touch the sky summit  of House of Rose Professional. Dilya also leads key business development  and partnerships for key book titles.

Over the last decade she has provided logistical and event management support for major Russian distributors and sales conferences in Singapore and also served as a professional interpreter. Her leadership has been  critical to the infrastructure necessary for the expansion of Break the ceiling touch the sky – the success and leadership summit for women (TM).

Dilya’s strength lies in her ability to apply her unique customer service experiences (having worked in roles including servicing Singapore Airlines, dealing with travelers needing help on flights into and out of Singapore) to the ongoing day-to-day operations of House of Rose Professional in its startup phase.

My passion has always been in getting things done. Co-ordination, logistics, putting things into order are what gives me satisfaction. I see every challenge as an opportunity to demonstrate my unique skills in customer service that  underlines the character of House of Rose Professional. We are small but mighty.  Helping organize  the 2016 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky – the success and leadership summit for women (TM) and the earlier India edition (Feb 2016)  and Asia edition (Sept 2016) of the summit were milestones for me. It is already helping to create so many opportunities for the women that attended. That gives me so much satisfaction to help others succeed. I am looking forward to the 2017 editions of the summit as we positively impact many more leaders around the world.
