Prior to his current role, Anuj was Managing Director, ASEAN for Kimberly-Clark’s Consumer business and responsible for brands including ‘Huggies’ disposable diapers, ‘Kotex’ feminine hygiene products, in addition to ‘Kleenex’ and ‘Scott’ paper products across South-East Asian markets.

Before joining Kimberly Clark, Anuj spent 13 years at Unilever in Europe, where he worked across several countries, functions & FMCG product categories. He joined Unilever in the Foods Strategy team in The Netherlands, and then moved to the Ice Cream category in Italy, as Marketing Director for Europe, and then was VP of Marketing Operations for Europe. He then moved to the UK to lead Unilever’s Walls Ice Cream business, working with leading Ice Cream brands such as Walls, Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s, &Cornettoamongst others. His last role at Unilever was Vice President Customer Development for Unilever’s Global Categories, where he was responsible for representing the voice of key customers with global category & innovation teams.

Anuj started his career in frontline direct Sales with a start-up, entrepreneurial Indian business, Ceasefire, selling fire extinguishers, in several cities of India. He also worked with them in Marketing, Product and Business Development roles.

Anuj’s career of over 25 years has included roles in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management.

Anuj has an MBA from IMD, Switzerland and a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He is an active member of the Singapore Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is married to Niru and they have two boys, aged 13 and 11.
