For 25 years, Anthony A. Rose has served in leadership positions with the most influential companies in the world including Walmart, Procter & Gamble, and Glaxo (now GSK) across multiple global assignments. An authority on Influencer Marketing, Public Relations and People Development (especially women in leadership) Anthony has carved out a unique respect for his sustained programs that have saved his employers millions of dollars, built their businesses and reputations and touched countless lives.
Some of his most noteworthy Public Relations achievements include the APEC, Executive Communications and Women’s Economic Empowerment Programs for Walmart across Asia that resulted in a significant upswing in reputation for Walmart; the creation of the Influencer Marketing global strategies for P&G via his milestone works “12 winning principles of Marketing PR” and “The future of influencer marketing”; the consecutive set up of External Relations’ organizations across India, North America and ASEAN that consistently increased Return On Investment (ROI); the anti-counterfeit strategies and coalition that saved industry (and subsequently consumers) millions of dollars in India and numerous launches across brands and geographies that built their business. Prior to P&G he was a senior leader with Clea PR – one of India’s fastest growing PR consultancies at the time, and before that worked with Glaxo and the Datamatics Group.
Anthony has handled every possible crisis over the last 25 years including food safety issues, product tampering issues, reputational crises, natural disasters, employee related crises, etc.
Anthony is a master at connecting brands and organizations to causes that have a game changing impact on their corporate reputations, a good example being the multiple-award-winning Pantene Beautiful Lengths program which he helped create in 2006 for Pantene (P&G) in North America, the Dhristhi and OPEN MINDS programs in India and the ASEAN CRM program across key brands for P&G.
Anthony also helped establish the initial measurement protocols that made P&G the pioneer in measurement of PR impact in 2006.
Anthony has been a regular jury member on the industry’s top annual awards including those of PR Week, Campaign and Public Affairs Asia since 2005.
Anthony continues to lead on industry matters. He is Co-Chair of the Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) Asia Pacific Council, since 2011. Over the last four plus years he has also co-chaired the 13th, 14th and 15th ECR Asia Pacific Conferences and Exhibitions bringing together the top 500 influencers from the retail, consultancy and consumer goods industries to collaborate on solutions that would benefit the consumer.
Under Anthony’s guidance House of Rose Professional has established its own summit platform BREAK THE CEILING TOUCH THE SKY – the success and leadership summit for women (TM) as Asia’s premier “women in leadership” intervention.
Anthony’s counsel has benefited global and regional CEO’s in building reputations for themselves and their organizations at key forums across the world.
INSPIRATIONAL AUTHOR AND SPEAKER
Over the years, Anthony’s passion for communications, people and writing transformed him from a Corporate professional to an inspirational author, speaker and entrepreneur. He has spoken at some of the world’s most high profile events and in April 2015 was the opening keynote speaker at Walmart’s Global Women Symposium in China.
Alongside his day job at Walmart, he published his first best-selling book in 2012 titled Daddy’s Logic in support of Habitat for Humanity, interviewing over 60 of the world’s top executives over a three year research span, all in his spare time. In 2014 after another two years of research in his spare time on the topic of women in leadership, Anthony wrote and published Break the ceiling touch the sky and is donating all of his royalties from book sales to Save the Children. In 2014, to ensure that he was able to donate the maximum possible to the charities he supports versus losing that money in the distribution chain, Anthony established his own publishing firm, House of Rose. That morphed into the House of Rose Professional Pte. Ltd. In late 2014 when Anthony moved on from Walmart he headquartered House of Rose Professional in the country he loves the most and that is now home to him – Singapore.
Under the Publishing Division, Anthony has used his unique formula to break down the traditional publishing supply chain, weed out inefficiencies and deliver maximum margin back to the charities he supports as a result. This was based on nearly five years of part time preparation as he delivered his last two books Daddy’s Logic and Break the ceiling touch the sky.
In April 2015, Author Vijay Santhanam of My stroke of luck re-launched his book via House of Rose Professional and the book is now rolling out in Singapore. Anthony has a new book launching October 1, 2016.

Anthony is passionate about helping people succeed. Throughout his career he has been an expert coach across a wide range of topics including Influencer Marketing, Crisis management, Communicating to Influence and Situational Leadership. In 2004 he was recognized by P&G as the External Relations Capability Builder of the year globally.
Since 2013 he has carved a unique niche for himself in the area of enabling women in leadership and has inspired thousands of women globally via his book Break the ceiling touch the sky: success secrets of the world’s most inspirational women and in September 2015 Anthony conceptualized and led the creation of BREAK THE CEILING TOUCH THE SKY – the success and leadership summit for women that is now Asia’s pre-eminent summit for women in leadership with over 170 global organizations now leveraging the summit to train their leaders. Anthony has been invited to speak about women in leadership (or his book is being used) by several global organizations including Walmart, UBS, Unilever, J&J, Standard Chartered, Barclays, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Kellogg, Boston Consulting Group, Starcom Media Group, Fleishman Hillard, Hogan Lovells, FTI Consulting, Kimberly Clark, P&G, AMCHAM and ECR/GS1. Similarly, his previous book Daddy’s Logic has inspired similar transformational change in his readers.
Anthony has converted his years of research for his books into two
transformational training programs. “The Ultimate Warrior: Unlocking the leader in you” and “Break the ceiling: Make the leadership secrets of the world’s most inspirational women your own today.” Both one-day workshops are available to teams, are personally run by Anthony and are guaranteed to motivate participants to new heights of personal and professional performance.
Anthony’s experience as a professor at the Xavier Institute of Communication (XIC), India between 1995 and 2001 and as adjunct faculty for the Singapore Management University (SMU) for the Leadership and Communications module, also provided him inspiration to learn.
